EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, for documents and merchandise. The Universal Postal Union created the EMS Cooperative to develop express delivery worldwide. The EMS Cooperative promotes cooperation between member postal organizations to allow them to provide a high quality global EMS delivery service.
