The waybill is the most important document in our operations. The instructions and detail on this document provides us with information that ensures on time delivery of your item. The more detail we have the easier for us to deliver. We encourage delivery to the door but customers have an option to have items delivered at the post boxes although this may delay the receipt of items.
Receiver's: Company name or individual name Receiver's Address: Building name/number, street, suburb, city, postal code, province/state, country Receiver's Contact details: mobile phone where the receiver can be contacted.
Sender’s : Company name or individual name Sender’s Address: Building name/number, street, suburb, city, postal code, province/state, country Sender’s Contact details: mobile phone where the sender can be contacted.
Account number where applicable.
Proof of delivery details, collector name, date and time.
Please declare these correctly to avoid disputes in the case of a claim. Certain goods are forbidden.
Insurance Optional insurance at 3% of value, maximum insured value R5000 .
